After all, even if you rent, it is more pleasant to live in a well-maintained home. Occasionally things don't go as hoped and the tenant fails to leave the property in the desired condition.
At that point, as an owner you have the ability to prove any damage caused by the tenant using the prepared property inspection. This provides a detailed account, supported by photos, of the condition of the property at the time it was occupied by the tenant. This way you don't end up in back-and-forth arguments that ultimately result in you having to return the deposit in full due to lack of conclusive evidence.
