De Steenboer sets the bar high and offers a complete service. Our intention is to take as much work off your hands as possible. Viewings are always accompanied by the same AGENT. Using a tenant form that the prospective tenant fills in, we can verify the solvency and suitability of the candidate. As soon as a suitable tenant is found in consultation with the owner, we draw up a legally correct rental contract. We also take care of the registration of this contract.

We prepare a detailed property inspection report (with photos), so that you as a landlord are fully protected and can clearly prove any rental damage. This detailed inspection report is also registered. We work with Korfine for the blocking of the rental deposit and rent payments are made via direct debit to your bank account. Before we hand over the keys, we also ask the tenant to provide us with a copy of the fire insurance taken out.
